Download the Beko BrewConnect app on your iOS or Android device, connect the machine to your home Wi-Fi, and you can select and start any drink remotely. The app also supports voice control via Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. What is CreamyPro and how is it different from a standard frother? CreamyPro is Beko’s proprietary milk frothing system. The 0.6L integrated milk cup uses a dedicated frothing mechanism to create dense, velvety foam consistently, without manual adjustment. A standard steam wand requires technique; CreamyPro does it automatically. Can it use pre-ground coffee as well as beans? Yes. The machine has a bypass doser for pre-ground coffeeuseful for decaffeinated options. For everyday use, whole beans and the built-in 13-setting grinder deliver the best flavour. What is the «Surprise Me» mode? Surprise Me is a discovery mode where the machine selects and prepares a drink for you at random from the full menu of 18 options. It encourages you to try drinks you might not normally choose. Is the CEG7348X worth choosing over the CEG7304X? For most buyers who want app control, a wide drink menu, or cold brew, yes. The CEG7348X offers 18 drinks vs 6, a colour touchscreen vs LED, Wi-Fi and voice control, CreamyPro milk, cold brew, a larger water tank (2L vs 1.5L), and 13 grinder settings vs 5.
